random tuesday inspo.

for the love of Jenni Bowlin products & Ranger!
what a great collaboration!
i can't waittttttt for this....

The Jenni Bowlin for Ranger line is comprised of 12 gorgeous colors that will be available both as dye ink pads (and re-inkers) and as acrylic paint dabbers!
Ranger announced they will be shipping in August!!!
Sweetttttt!

How cool that all the color names were inspired by items that you'd find in a mercantile or general store, which goes hand-in-hand with Jenni's vintage-chic design aesthetic.

Check out these colors, how great are these??...
swoonnnnn.

i'm thinking to participate...hmmm...
this would definitely get me back to the love of drawing & sketching again :)
The Sketchbook Project: 2011

pay $25 & you receive a sketchbook to participate in the project, choose a theme from the list (or select the first option and they’ll randomly choose a theme for you!)

each artist is sent the same blank Moleskine sketchbook.

2 rules:
first, the book must be used in some way - no sending back an empty book or a completely different book!
second, the sketchbook must stay within its original dimensions (because they don't want to have to provide an extra suitcase just for your book while they're touring the country).

each book will be given a barcode so they can easily catalog it into The Brooklyn Art Library system. once they catalog it, artists will be able to track where on the tour their book is viewed and how many times someone pulled it from the shelf - they want to make sure you can stay connected with your sketchbook!

is this coolness or WHATTTTTT?!!!

here are the quick details & more details here:
