I attached the charms inside my shadow box 

with mini screws from Advantus-Tim Holtz

(a bit of "elbow grease" is required for 

this but makes for a very cool touch)

and the other charms are attached with 

Glue Arts PermaTac Glue Dots (LOVE LOVE this adhesive)

and used this same adhesive on the bottles 

attached inside the box too.
